Ingredients –
Tomatoes – 10 to 12
Sugar – 1 spoon
Salt – To taste
Red bell pepper – 1 chopped into bite size pieces
Yellow bell pepper – 1 chopped into bite size pieces
Green bell pepper – 1 chopped into bite size pieces
Beans – 10 to 12 chopped into bite size pieces
Carrot – 2 chopped
Onions – 4 chopped simply into 4 halves
Coriander – Chopped finely to garnish
Mint – Chopped finely to garnish
Mushroom, Broccoli, Sweet corn – optional
Method –
Take tomatos, wash well, add 1 spoon sugar n salt – give one whistle
Let it cool
Churn in mixie and strain back into the cooker.
Add in all the chopped veggies.
Now give one more whistle. Let it cool.
Open – add more salt , black pepper powder
Garnish with coriander and mint
Bring to boil once
And its ready – very healthy, light and super delicious.
